Case notes can be written on any recent judgment of the Irish courts, Court of Justice of the European Union or the European Court of Human Rights. Case notes should set out the facts of the case, the decision of the court along with the legal reasoning, and finally an analysis of the decision and its broader implications.
This year we are offering three prizes, kindly sponsored by Arthur Cox:

-€75 for the best runner up case note
-€100 for the best case note submitted by a First-Year law student.
